We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to operate the site:

• Contact form submissions: your name, work email, company, the message you send us, and your platform if you choose to provide it.
• Technical data: aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics (such as page views and country) collected without cookies. We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss how our services apply to your situation;

Cloudflare processes contact form submissions and sends them to our business email inbox. Submission details may also appear in application logs used to troubleshoot delivery. Our hosting and email service providers process the information needed to operate the site and deliver and store our correspondence.

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you, and only to the extent needed for that purpose. We retain inquiry records only as long as necessary for the business relationship or as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand general site usage. You can browse the site without accepting any cookies.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
